This is the final results of Men’s 212 Olympia
The 2020 Mr. Olympia has seen many amazing competitors take to the biggest stage in a fitness competition on day one’s pre-judging. These are the final results from the 212 Division.
Heading into this year’s 212 Olympia, all eyes were on Kamal Elgargni to see if he could replicate the success he had in 2019. After winning the division in the wake of Flex Lewis leaving, the anticipation was high to see if he could put together the start of a dominant reign as champion. There were a lot of others standing in his way too, making this all the more exciting to see unfold.
The prejudging on Friday saw Kamal and Lunsford both make the first callout, to little surprise. The worst kept secret in the 212 Division heading into this Olympia, was how improved George Peterson was looking, and this proved true as he and Shaun Clarida made the final four. This incredible bodybuilder returned to the stage again to determine who would walk away as the 212 Olympia champ.
In the end, Shaun Clarida would pull out the surprise victory this year, bringing a package that was sharp enough to dethrone the champ. Coming in second was Kamal Elgargni, who still liked as solid as ever, while George Peterson landed in the third-place position.
