2023 Europa Pro Championships Results: IFBB Pro Regan Grimes Wins “The 2023 Europa Pro Championships”

The 2023 Europa Pro Championships took place over the weekend and featured 10 divisions which are Men’s Open, Men’s 212, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Women’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, Figure, Fitness, Bikini, Wellness.

The Men’s Open show was the highlight of the event once again and Regan Grimes proved superior, winning his tickets to the 2023 Olympia.

Regan Grimes returned to the stage last weekend during the 2023 Flex Weekend Pro for the first time since 2022. He finished as the runner-up to Nathan De Asha but turned the tables this weekend.

The Olympia qualification system has changed this year. If an athlete did not finish in the top three in the previous year or the top five in the Men’s Open, they will have to win a show to qualify. The points qualification system is no more. Also, former winners of an Olympia title have lifetime eligibility.
