The 2024 Tampa Pro Bodybuilding competition was a thrilling showcase of athleticism and dedication. The event, held in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida, featured some of the world’s top bodybuilders competing for the prestigious title and a coveted spot in the Mr. Olympia contest.

The 2024 Tampa Pro is an exciting two-night event with all 10 divisions in bodybuilding taking the stage. Winners from each will earn a spot in the 2024 Olympia. Results began being announced on Friday with the rest coming to an end on Saturday.

Jon Delarosa was victorious in Men’s Open and will return to the Olympia for the first time since 2019. Delarosa earned two runner-up finishes in 2023 during the Tampa Pro and Chicago Pro. Now, he will take the stage against the best in the world come October.

The event was highlighted by the Men’s Open division. Tim Budesheim took the stage for the sixth time this year in hopes of qualifying for the biggest show in bodybuilding. He finished as the runner-up during the Vancouver Pro and earned another top three finish at the Chicago Pro.

Men’s Open Division 

The Men’s Open division was hotly contested, with several competitors vying for the top spot. In the end, Jon Delarosa emerged victorious, capturing the judges’ attention with his exceptional muscularity, symmetry, and stage presence.

212 Bodybuilding Division

In the 212 Bodybuilding division, Jordan Janowitz secured the first-place finish. His well-defined physique and impressive conditioning set him apart from the competition.

Classic Physique Division

The Classic Physique division showcased athletes with a more classic bodybuilding aesthetic. Justin Badurina claimed the top spot in this category, impressing judges with his balanced physique and adherence to the classic bodybuilding standards.

Men’s Physique Division

Mehdi Kabbadj dominated the Men’s Physique division, showcasing a lean and muscular physique that epitomized the category’s ideals.

Women’s Bodybuilding Division

Kristina Mendoza emerged as the champion in the Women’s Bodybuilding division, demonstrating exceptional strength, muscularity, and stage presence.

Other Divisions

In addition to the main divisions, the Tampa Pro also featured competitions in Fitness, Figure, Bikini, Women’s Physique, and Wellness. These categories showcased a diverse range of athletic physiques and talents.
